In that 65% of the illegal population you have foreign students getting absolutely free education that I cannot afford to send my children to unless they get a scholarship and then I need a second job to keep them there.  Some of those students will return to their own homelands and use that education against us.

Hell I remember just after 9-11 that some Al Qaeda were boosting that were going to come to america and get educated and then try to kill us.  That will be paid for by American tax payers.

Yes in that missing equation of 65% are terrorist waiting for the moment to strike again, But Americans have fell silent to that and now are hunting Poncho and Jose down that has done really nothing new but try and better his family.

If illegal issues are your worries then how about concentrating on something worth complaining about.

Consider this for a moment. 

 If someone were to come into my home with a weapon and Kill my wife and children and rape and mutilate the bodies while forcing me to watch.

I will have to pay a minimum per body at least $7000.00 for the basic funeral,  in my case thats $21,000.00.

The killer will then if caught get 3 healthy meals a day, a warm bed, reading material, internet access, cable tv, cigarettes, drugs and still maintain sexual activety.

He will recieve medical treatment and in some cases get moved to the head of the line for an organ transplant above paying customers.

He will get a lawyer and through all that they may release him back into the population so he can do it again.

All that and I will be forced by law to help pay for it.

You think I give a shit about Poncho and Jose mowing someones lawn? At least they are working.

Now I have nothing against anyone making a good dollar, I am all for it even if he makes more than I. I have an issue with that person not paying their tax dues.

I mean let’s face it, the problem here is really the tax burden it takes to care for the illegals.  These people go to american hospitals when they are sick and injured and have no mean to pay for it.  They have issues that our police have to look into and our abulances must respond to.  Oddly enough a shitload of these people are on welfare,  yep  american tax paid welfare.  I mean we have that to help troubled americans right?  But these people are not paying into that system, instead they are sending their monies to Mommacita back home and she is building a nice little hacienda in Messco.  In 10 years Jose and Poncho will go home and open up a Fishing charter or some shit and their former bosses will go down once a year and pay them all over again.

Let’s get back to the 65%.

Do yo have a clue how many foreign exchange students that come to american and dissapear into the system?  (Home work)  Maybe you should find out. 

Do you know how many of those become drug dealers and other criminal elements?  Maybe you better find out.

Do you know how many of these missing 65% are actually Al Qaeda and are plotting something against us as we speak?

Maybe we should find out instead of loosing sleep over the 35% of something that has gone on since america has been founded.

“If a court refuses a FISA application and there is not sufficient time for the president to go to the court of review, the president can under executive order act unilaterally, which he is doing now,” said Judge Allan Kornblum, magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and an author of the 1978 FISA Act. “I think that the president would be remiss exercising his constitutional authority by giving all of that power over to a statute.”

The judges, however, said Mr. Bush’s choice to ignore established law regarding foreign intelligence gathering was made “at his own peril,” because ultimately he will have to answer to Congress and the Supreme Court if the surveillance was found not to be in the best interests of national security.

The panel of judges unanimously agreed that the law should have been changed before now to deal with new threats from terrorists and new communications technologies, a point made by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, California Democrat.

“It is confusing that if you take something off of a satellite it is legal, but if you take it off of a wiretap it’s not,” she said. “We need to include new technology.” Source

“The court dismissed today the case against Abdul Rahman for a lack of information and a lot of legal gaps in the case,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the matter.

He said the case has been returned to the prosecutors for more investigation, but that in the meantime Rahman would be released.

 The court, and Afghan President Hamid Karzai, had been under intense international pressure to drop the case against Abdul Rahman, who faced a possible death sentence for his conversion.

Federal health regulators said Friday, in warning doctors to watch for a rare but deadly infection implicated in earlier deaths.

In a cluster of four cases in California, the women died from an infection of the bloodstream, or sepsis.

The FDA has not confirmed the cause of the latest two deaths. But the symptoms appear to match those seen in the California cases, as do the circumstances, an FDA spokeswoman said.

The spokeswoman declined to be identified, saying she could not speak publicly about the issue.

The FDA previously has said the abortion pill remains safe enough to stay on the market. The rate of sepsis is about 1 in 100,000 uses, comparable to infection risks with surgical abortions and childbirth.

The other U.S. death associated with Mifeprex was a case of a ruptured ectopic, or tubal, pregnancy in October 2001.

A new kitchen was put in but it had no plumbing or faucets.  I tried to solder the pipes in place but I kept getting leaks so now I have tries something new and it seems to be working but one of the parts are bad.

We have a new water heater but the water pressure is to high so it has a pressure release leak.

The new Heater is working great though,  Keeps this 2 story very toasty.

Even with the few glitches I have to say this is the most comfortable I have ever been.

My wife seems to be very happy with it and the kids are really happy so all in all we are just one big happy family ;)

I still have alot of crap to do so I will not do a RageCast this year.

Villepin, interviewed in Paris by CNN, said a badly planned withdrawal could cause chaos in Iraq, “which of course would be disastrous for the whole region.”

U.S. officials said last week the Pentagon planned to reduce its troop presence in Iraq from 155,000 to 138,000 after Dec. 15 parliamentary elections there, and could cut numbers back to 100,000 by next summer if conditions allowed.

Asked whether Washington should set a timetable for bringing home troops, Villepin said any withdrawal “should be coordinated with the local situation in Iraq and the regional situation.”

“I think that the timetable should be a global timetable,” he said. “The real timetable is the Iraqi situation.”

Villepin identified two main risks in Iraq: “the division of Iraq, which is of course a nightmare for the region, and … a growing role of terrorism.”

The international community should support an Arab League effort to hold a national reconciliation conference in Iraq, a regrouping of political forces in the country and further cooperation among all countries in the region, he said.
