A beaming President Barack Obama said Friday he was both honored and humbled to win the Nobel Peace Prize and would accept it as a "call to action" to work with other nations to solve the world's most pressing problems. Obama told reporters in the White House Rose Garden that he wasn't sure he had done enough to earn the award, or deserved to be in the company of the "transformative figures" who had won it before him. But, he said, "I will accept this award as a call to action, a call for all nations to confront the challenges of the 21st century." Full Story
Well thats just wonderful, but just exactly what has he done to deserve it? Zip nada nothing. He was given the award based upon his possible ambitions but not a single accomplishment. Even during the awards the commitee seemed surprised at this. This award was to be given for accomplishments or even at least a noble attempt at something and the idea behind is actions is to make America weaker by removing our safety shields.

As I read the blogs and posts acrossed the net on illegal immigration it comes to my attention that we are missing 65% of the equation, “The rest of the illegal population.”

That’s right amigos, mexicans only make up 35% of our illegal immigrant population.

Americans are furious over 35% of a population group but have completely forgotten about the 65% that pose a more serious threat to us.

In that 65% of the illegal population you have foreign students getting absolutely free education that I cannot afford to send my children to unless they get a scholarship and then I need a second job to keep them there. Some of those students will return to their own homelands and use that education against us.

Hell I remember just after 9-11 that some Al Qaeda were boosting that were going to come to america and get educated and then try to kill us. That will be paid for by American tax payers.

Yes in that missing equation of 65% are terrorist waiting for the moment to strike again, But Americans have fell silent to that and now are hunting Poncho and Jose down that has done really nothing new but try and better his family.

If illegal issues are your worries then how about concentrating on something worth complaining about.

Consider this for a moment.

If someone were to come into my home with a weapon and Kill my wife and children and rape and mutilate the bodies while forcing me to watch.

I will have to pay a minimum per body at least $7000.00 for the basic funeral, in my case thats $21,000.00.

The killer will then if caught get 3 healthy meals a day, a warm bed, reading material, internet access, cable tv, cigarettes, drugs and still maintain sexual activety.

He will recieve medical treatment and in some cases get moved to the head of the line for an organ transplant above paying customers.

He will get a lawyer and through all that they may release him back into the population so he can do it again.

All that and I will be forced by law to help pay for it.

You think I give a shit about Poncho and Jose mowing someones lawn? At least they are working.

How about we export our own criminals to some other country?

Now we talk about Mexicans taking our jobs, I don’t know if you guys have noticed but we have a 4.8% unemployment rate. The best it’s ever been since the conception of the welfare program.

4.8% people. What jobs could they possibly be taking from you?

As a kid in California I picked onions for extra cash. It is back breaking, hand blistering work in the So Cal hot assed sun work. All you got was a few bucks a day. If I did that today I would shoot the man that handed me such a paycheck today for that work. You think I am kidding? Try me..

Now given there are some of these Beanie boys getting some pretty good paying jobs out there. 20 bucks and up that would go well in an americans pocket.

Now I have nothing against anyone making a good dollar, I am all for it even if he makes more than I. I have an issue with that person not paying their tax dues.

I mean let’s face it, the problem here is really the tax burden it takes to care for the illegals. These people go to american hospitals when they are sick and injured and have no mean to pay for it. They have issues that our police have to look into and our abulances must respond to. Oddly enough a shitload of these people are on welfare, yep american tax paid welfare. I mean we have that to help troubled americans right? But these people are not paying into that system, instead they are sending their monies to Mommacita back home and she is building a nice little hacienda in Messco. In 10 years Jose and Poncho will go home and open up a Fishing charter or some shit and their former bosses will go down once a year and pay them all over again.

Let’s get back to the 65%.

Do yo have a clue how many foreign exchange students that come to american and dissapear into the system? (Home work) Maybe you should find out.

Do you know how many of those become drug dealers and other criminal elements? Maybe you better find out.

Do you know how many of these missing 65% are actually Al Qaeda and are plotting something against us as we speak?

Maybe we should find out instead of loosing sleep over the 35% of something that has gone on since america has been founded.

By the way, to settle that tax issue? check out Fair Tax . Everybody pays.

Better yet how is it that The President of Mexico can advise us on what we should with for the migrants when they do it alittle differently.

“Foreigners may not in any way participate in the political affairs of the country.”

This ban applies, among other things, to participation in demonstrations and the expression of opinions in public about domestic politics like those much in evidence in Los Angeles, New York and elsewhere in recent days

“Mexicans shall have priority over foreigners under equality of circumstances for all classes of concessions and for all employment, positions, or commissions of the Government in which the status of citizenship is not indispensable.”

Equal employment rights are denied to immigrants, even legal ones.

Article 11: “Everyone has the right to enter and leave the Republic, to travel through its territory and to change his residence without necessity of a letter of security, passport, safe-conduct or any other similar requirement.

The exercise of this right shall be subordinated to the powers of the judiciary, in cases of civil or criminal liability, and to those of the administrative authorities insofar as concerns the limitations imposed by the laws regarding emigration, immigration and public health of the country, or in regard to undesirable aliens resident in the country.”

Article 27: “Only Mexicans by birth or naturalization and Mexican companies have the right to acquire ownership of lands, waters, and their appurtenances, or to obtain concessions for the exploitation of mines or of waters.”

Story picked up by Linda a member of the Rage Team.

FISA JUDGES SAY BUSH WITHIN THE LAWA panel of former Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judges yesterday told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that President Bush did not act illegally when he created by executive order a wiretapping program conducted by the National Security Agency (NSA).

A panel of former Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judges yesterday told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that President Bush did not act illegally when he created by executive order a wiretapping program conducted by the National Security Agency (NSA).The five judges testifying before the committee said they could not speak specifically to the NSA listening program without being briefed on it, but that a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act does not override the president’s constitutional authority to spy on suspected international agents under executive order.

“If a court refuses a FISA application and there is not sufficient time for the president to go to the court of review, the president can under executive order act unilaterally, which he is doing now,” said Judge Allan Kornblum, magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and an author of the 1978 FISA Act. “I think that the president would be remiss exercising his constitutional authority by giving all of that power over to a statute.”

The judges, however, said Mr. Bush’s choice to ignore established law regarding foreign intelligence gathering was made “at his own peril,” because ultimately he will have to answer to Congress and the Supreme Court if the surveillance was found not to be in the best interests of national security.

The panel of judges unanimously agreed that the law should have been changed before now to deal with new threats from terrorists and new communications technologies, a point made by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, California Democrat.

“It is confusing that if you take something off of a satellite it is legal, but if you take it off of a wiretap it’s not,” she said. “We need to include new technology.” Source

More of the media bias in action….why do I say that?

Because this was decided yesterday afternoon…how much have you heard about it on the news reports? This is the only article I have seen on the subject.

If they had decided that President Bush had pushed the law or broken the law it would have been covered on every single broadcast that came your way. It would have been thew headline of every newspaper out there.

But because it was decided in the Presidents favor the MSM is quiet as a mouse.

I almost forgot…there went another one of their (the liberal left) reasons for impeachment down the drain.

Afghan Christian Convert Seeks Asylum

KABUL, Afghanistan - An Afghan man who faced the death penalty for converting from Islam to Christianity has appealed for asylum in another country, the United Nations said Monday.

U.N. spokesman Adrian Edwards said the world body was working with the Afghan government to meet the request by Abdul Rahman, 41.

“Mr. Rahman has asked for asylum outside Afghanistan,” he said. “We expect this will be provided by one of the countries interested in a peaceful solution to this case.”

Earlier, hundreds of people protested a court’s decision Sunday to drop the case against Rahman, and an official said discussions were underway to determine when he would be released.

Officials said the case was dropped partially because of concerns that Rahman is mentally unfit to face trial. The move also followed strong pressure from Western governments.

Prosecutors have said they want doctors to examine Rahman, but they have not confirmed that he would be released. Prosecutor Sarinwal Zamari said state attorneys were working on the case Monday and an announcement would be made later in the day.

KABUL, Afghanistan - An Afghan court on Sunday dismissed a case against a man who converted from Islam to Christianity because of a lack of evidence, and he will be released soon, an official said.

“The court dismissed today the case against Abdul Rahman for a lack of information and a lot of legal gaps in the case,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the matter.

He said the case has been returned to the prosecutors for more investigation, but that in the meantime Rahman would be released.

The court, and Afghan President Hamid Karzai, had been under intense international pressure to drop the case against Abdul Rahman, who faced a possible death sentence for his conversion.

Not making any sence at all: Islamic clerics suggest that the man be put to death because he faces great danger among the population….

KABUL, Afghanistan - An Afghan man who allegedly converted from Islam to Christianity is being prosecuted in a Kabul court and could be sentenced to death, a judge said Sunday.

The defendant, Abdul Rahman, was arrested last month after his family went to the police and accused him of becoming a Christian, Judge Ansarullah Mawlavezada told Associated Press in an interview. Such a conversion would violate the country’s Islamic laws.

Rahman, who is believed to be 41, was charged with rejecting Islam when his trial started last week, the judge said.

During the hearing, the defendant allegedly confessed that he converted from Islam to Christianity 16 years ago when he was 25 and working as a medical aid worker for Afghan refugees in neighboring Pakistan, Mawlavezada said.

Afghanistan’s constitution is based on Shariah law, which states that any Muslim who rejects their religion should be sentenced to death.

“We are not against any particular religion in the world. But in Afghanistan, this sort of thing is against the law,” the judge said. “It is an attack on Islam. … The prosecutor is asking for the death penalty.”

Federal health regulators said Friday, in warning doctors to watch for a rare but deadly infection implicated in earlier deaths.

In a cluster of four cases in California, the women died from an infection of the bloodstream, or sepsis.

The FDA has not confirmed the cause of the latest two deaths. But the symptoms appear to match those seen in the California cases, as do the circumstances, an FDA spokeswoman said.

The spokeswoman declined to be identified, saying she could not speak publicly about the issue.

The FDA previously has said the abortion pill remains safe enough to stay on the market. The rate of sepsis is about 1 in 100,000 uses, comparable to infection risks with surgical abortions and childbirth.

The other U.S. death associated with Mifeprex was a case of a ruptured ectopic, or tubal, pregnancy in October 2001.

It seem that the new Hamas government has alittle left to be desired and lacks alot of what is desired, money.

Because Hamas is considered a terrorist organization no one whats to do business with them and while one of their largest backer is currently on trail in Iraq they seem to lack funding to run the government.

As of lately teachers, social workers, police and alot of others are not getting their checks because of lack of funding.

One of the major contributors believe it or not was the Israelis, yes indeedy, the Israelis donates over $55 million in tax revenues from free trade with the Palestinians to which the Israelis refuse to do since the take over considering the Humas makes no big secret of wanting to kill israelis for sport or pleasure.

The Hamas government is now bumrushing the phones trying get open lines of credit from banks and countries. Fat Chance on that.

Now that Hamas is falling short on making budget, it will not be long until it can no longer support any social services.

Up till now the palestinians were not doing all that bad but now face a new situation, hunger. That will happen to about 150,000 employees of the palestinian authority.

Monticello, GA-AP) December 1, 2005 - An eighth grade student at Jasper County Middle School in middle Georgia has been suspended for five days for removing a camera from the ceiling in the boys’ restroom ceiling.

Cindy Champion is the boy’s mother, she says she thinks her son, Mack, did the right thing. She’s upset his permanent school record will show that he stole school property.

The restroom is shared by Jasper County Middle and High School students. The high school principal put the camera there, apparently to monitor students’ behavior.

Mack Champion says he saw the camera in a hole cut in the ceiling tiles and felt students’ privacy was being violated by the camera and took it down.

French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin, one of the sharpest critics of the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, warned Washington on Tuesday against pulling out troops without regard to regional security.

Villepin, interviewed in Paris by CNN, said a badly planned withdrawal could cause chaos in Iraq, “which of course would be disastrous for the whole region.”

U.S. officials said last week the Pentagon planned to reduce its troop presence in Iraq from 155,000 to 138,000 after Dec. 15 parliamentary elections there, and could cut numbers back to 100,000 by next summer if conditions allowed.

Asked whether Washington should set a timetable for bringing home troops, Villepin said any withdrawal “should be coordinated with the local situation in Iraq and the regional situation.”

“I think that the timetable should be a global timetable,” he said. “The real timetable is the Iraqi situation.”

Villepin identified two main risks in Iraq: “the division of Iraq, which is of course a nightmare for the region, and … a growing role of terrorism.”

The international community should support an Arab League effort to hold a national reconciliation conference in Iraq, a regrouping of political forces in the country and further cooperation among all countries in the region, he said.
